This data gets aggregated and streamed to Qovia® Service Manager, a centralized monitoring and management software center, so that IT operators can determine the quality of a call as it occurs – not just by looking at the average quality across a call. Using MOS (Mean Opinion Score) to determine call quality, Qovia’s products monitor and determine the quality of calls, issue alerts based on user-defined thresholds, and troubleshoot problems that affect MOS. And, because this solution was customized specially for Cisco, the MOS calculations address Cisco-specific voice traffic.
