Qovia and NEC have formed an alliance in which NEC offers Qovia’s award-winning IP telephony monitoring and management capabilities, customized specifically for NEC’s Electra Elite IPK product line. The custom solution, known as IPK VoIP Management Unit (IVM-U10), is available only from NEC to its Authorized Associates and Resellers.
The IPK VoIP Management Unit analyzes real-time call quality and can also simulate calls across the network to proactively test the network. The IPK VoIP Management Unit assists in identifying potential voice network problems and can provide instant notification based on user-defined thresholds.
