Principal
Mollie is a veteran of Scientific, Technical, and Medical
(STM) publishing, from its traditional roots in print through
the desktop and Internet revolutions. With her editorial/production
skills and technical know-how, she transitioned easily to
managing large-scale content and product development for multimedia
concerns. A hands-on manager for over 18 years, Mollie has
worked alongside designers, programmers, writers, editors,
and content experts through all phases of development
and learned from them all.
Through bytes & words, Mollie continues to reinforce
and build on her expertise. Recent or ongoing projects
include instructional
design, web development, and relationship (email) marketing. Because of her
technical background and relentless attention to detail, she
is both feared and sought out for QA of multimedia and web

Mollie graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in
Anthropology and minor in Child Development/Cross-Cultural
Studies. She has pursued continuing education through George
Washington University's Publications Specialist Program, EEI
Communications, and Westlake Internet Training, among others.
Mollie has lived abroad in both Finland and Ireland.
Joseph P. McCormick, Designer/Production
Artist
Joseph has over 18 years of experience in graphic design
and production for print, advertising, exhibit, and multimedia/internet
projects. He has excelled and persevered as Art Director in
retail advertising and in exhibit development and at designer/production
posts with agencies and multimedia ventures.
A calm, creative force with a flexible
skill set, Joseph has been juggling recent
or ongoing projects in web design, corporate
branding, and brochure production. Though practically blind
without glasses, he has a keen eye for color and printing

Joseph graduated from Stockton State College with a B.A.
in Art; he also studied extensively at the Philadelphia College
of Art. His paintings have been exhibited locally and in the
Baltimore area. Joe studied abroad at Trinity College in Dublin,
Ireland.
