Supporting Workforce Change
I offer over 15 years of experience taking a learner-centered and data-informed approach to developing innovative learning experiences and managing change for the workforce, from life sciences and tech, to government agencies, the skilled trades, and nonprofits.
I hired Mollie as a contract writer/instructional designer for various e-Learning programs. She took on each new project with enthusiasm. She diligently worked on writing well-written and thorough storyboards that exceeded expectations, and she managed the content development process with several very difficult clients, with ease….always keeping the learner at the center of the process.

Working with Mollie McCormick was a pleasure from start to finish! She applied her significant instructional design expertise to our pediatric disaster health online lessons, creating a fantastic interactive platform for what can be challenging material. Mollie was always incredibly professional and deadline driven.
Ms. McCormick has expertise in modernizing learning and data standards…[she] works independently and with initiative to identify alternative solutions, meeting deadlines, and delivering successful products that advance organizational learning. She has a strong work ethic and is a well-respected professional with boundless energy and dedication.
Mollie proactively organized peer discussion groups to dig deeper into performance-based evaluation….Most impressively, Mollie extended this collaboration across training positions (rare) and divisions (rarer), assembling a group with a wide range of instructional design experience and knowledge (the rarest yet)…. I am forever grateful for our time working together. She was under no obligation to mentor me, but she made me a better trainer, instructional designer, and L&D professional.

Psychological Safety was a new concept to most National Park Service (NPS) employees, but a critical concept if we are to ever realize the Respectful, Inclusive, Safe, and Engaged culture we are seeking to develop. The materials and resources you helped to develop and make available paved the way to meaningful discussions occurring across the service that should culminate in workplaces where open and honest communication is not just accepted but sought after.

I found [Mollie] to be an exceptionally skilled and dedicated professional. Her expertise in training design and administration is extensive, and her meticulous attention to detail contributes significantly to the creation of exceptional training environments. I wholeheartedly recommend Mollie for any training-related endeavors.

[Mollie] actively mentored Junior Instructional Designers through work reviews and daily contacts regarding skill development and client interactions in a fast-paced, agile environment. She tirelessly researched and implemented new technologies to further increase collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy in our ID processes. Mollie is the real deal: a creative, skillful designer of adult learning programs in all modes, insightful, reliable, productive and with immense process acumen she is an e-learning guru.

Mollie is an incredible learning strategist with a gift for stakeholder management and engagement. She seamlessly integrates L&D expertise in projects and initiatives that not only serve learner needs but further organizational goals. She’s a team player – you can bring her a problem and she’ll have great advice on the right questions to ask and where to start tackling the challenge.

An excellent e‐Learning designer, team lead, and project manager integral to defining our product development process and authoring a research‐driven QA process to improve quality and efficiency…. Mollie is an asset you can’t afford to NOT have!
