Instructional design lead for inaugural agency-wide safety stand down addressing the need for psychological safety to advance the NPS RISE (respectful, inclusive, safe, and engaged) cultural change initiative.

NPS Operational Leadership Program
Supported the redevelopment and scaling of the Operational Leadership Program, building engagement and evaluation into this mission-critical program of employee and supervisory-level training led by a 400+ cadre of trained facilitators.

Advancing Immersive Skills-Based Learning

Introduction to NPS Search and Rescue Training
When evaluation data showed poor completion rates and accessibility issues for this critical pre-requisite training, I redesigned, updated and redeployed the course on a more accessible internal platform and to the public on a new external LMS.
