Challenge
Astra-Zeneca contracted with AcceleraRomar for interactive training that would benefit its pharmaceutical sales reps, who had minimal time to engage in training but needed a solid foundation in the business of healthcare.
My Role
I was the subcontracted Instructional Designer and Writer, working closely with the Senior UX and Training Designer to develop and gain approval of content.
Action(s)
I wrote screen content, audio, and video scripts; storyboarded modules and maintained version control; and wrote knowledge checks for this multi-module training. A creative challenge for this project was to convey content with dialogue (video/audio) while supporting the storyline/scenario of a company “Health News Network” delivering the “Business Matters” news.
Result(s)
The compelling narrative and audio-visual presentation of the information helped engage busy participants and make the content “sticky” for the learners.
