NPS Superintendent Academy: PPFL Day
I supported the Introduction to Park Planning Facilities and Lands at the Fall week-long gathering for new superintendents of the National Park Service, introducing them to the many responsibilities, contacts, and areas of concern to support them in their new roles.
I apply training in psychology safety and the Technology of Participation (ToPs) facilitation technique to guide stakeholders to reach consensus, ensuring that all perspectives are heard.
