I developed e-learning modules in Captivate and facilitated stakeholder engagement with the VR team for Unity development and videos for an immersive introduction to hand-signaling and decision-making when directing various types of cranes.

Advancing Immersive Skills-Based Learning
Worked with internal and external stakeholders to explore innovative immersive reality options for skills-based training in facility and preservation professional development at the National Park Service. Developed an initial IL strategy and fully working prototype for safety inspections.

Introduction to NPS Search and Rescue Training
When evaluation data showed poor completion rates and accessibility issues for this critical pre-requisite training, I redesigned, updated and redeployed the course on a more accessible internal platform and to the public on a new external LMS.
