Worked with a team of ITF stakeholders to envision two levels of a pathway for trenching safety training and design a workflow for including the Student Resource App and Virtual Reality practice training.

Introduction to NPS Search and Rescue Training
When evaluation data showed poor completion rates and accessibility issues for this critical pre-requisite training, I redesigned, updated and redeployed the course on a more accessible internal platform and to the public on a new external LMS.
