Mollie proactively organized peer discussion groups to dig deeper into performance-based evaluation….Most impressively, Mollie extended this collaboration across training positions (rare) and divisions (rarer), assembling a group with a wide range of instructional design experience and knowledge (the rarest yet)…. I am forever grateful for our time working together. She was under no obligation to mentor me, but she made me a better trainer, instructional designer, and L&D professional.
